We photograph up to 40 people per hour using our streamlined headshot system. A half-day session typically covers around 120 team members. For larger organizations, full-day sessions can accommodate 300 or more. We'll recommend the most efficient scheduling approach based on your team size when you request a quote.

Each team member receives their images instantly in a private proof gallery delivered to their inbox the moment they step away from the camera. Final retouched images are delivered within 1-2 business days in a single downloadable folder, with every file automatically named by the participant's first and last name, ready to upload to your website, LinkedIn, or internal directory without any renaming required.
