Headshot sessions at Photoumbra Studios start at $195 for 2 images, $295 for 4 images, and $495 for 8 images. All packages include full commercial licensing, so your images are ready to use on LinkedIn, your company website, email signatures, and marketing materials from day one. Studio sessions are by appointment at our Herriman location, and we serve the greater Salt Lake City area.

Team headshot sessions include a $250 setup fee plus a per-person rate of $35–$150 depending on team size. We come to your office with a full professional setup, so there's minimal disruption to your team's day. Custom quotes are available for larger teams or multi-location companies.

Executive portrait as an add-on sessions to team headshots are $395 for 5 professionally retouched images, with additional images available at $75 each. These sessions go beyond a standard headshot, they're designed for C-suite profiles, board bios, press features, and speaking engagements where image quality and variety matters most.

Event headshot stations start at $1,495 for 2 hours, $2,895 for a half day, and $3,995 for a full day. These are instant-delivery stations set up at your conference or corporate event, giving attendees a professional headshot on the spot, a popular value-add that sets your event apart.

Personal branding sessions are priced at $695 for 10 images, $1,295 for 30 images, and $2,495 for 70 images. All packages include full commercial licensing. These sessions are ideal for entrepreneurs, consultants, coaches, and professionals who need a versatile library of images for their website, social media, and marketing.

Yes, full commercial licensing is included with every headshot and branding photography package. Your images are cleared for use on websites, LinkedIn, social media, print marketing, and any other commercial application from the moment you receive them. There are no additional licensing fees or usage restrictions unless you are interested in a copyright buyout option.
