EVENT HEADSHOT PRICING ESTIMATE
Our event headshot stations are available for half-day (up to four hours) or full-day (up to eight hours) bookings, offering a cost-effective alternative to per-person pricing. Each station efficiently serves up to 40 people per hour, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for your attendees.
STEP 1 - SELECT YOUR COVERAGE
Per Headshot Station - $1750 (Half Day) or $3300 (Full Day)
Each Headshot Stations Includes:
✔ Professional studio lighting and backdrop.✔ Access to our self-serve mini beauty bar, including a mirror, disposable combs, hairspray, a lint roller, and shine blotting tissues.
✔ Expression and posing coaching.
✔ File organization (renaming files to the person in the photo).
✔ Upgrade your headshot station with instant delivery. Every participant will be emailed a private gallery of proof images within minutes of being photographed. We handle hosting, delivery, and support for all participants, meaning zero admin work for you.
✔ A lead list of all people photographed and their contact info in Excel or CSV format, plus individual model releases.
✔ A standard commercial usage license.
✔ Each participant receives instant access to download their unedited headshots, with the option to purchase professional retouching for $25 per image.
STEP 2 - SELECT YOUR EXTRAS
The base price for your headshot booth covers the essentials, but you can enhance the experience by adding some incredible extras. From retouching to hair and makeup, we can create a truly memorable experience for attendees that will generate buzz for weeks.

Basic Retouching for Selected Headshots - $350/$600 (Half/Full Day)
Enhance the experience by providing each attendee with retouching on their image of choice. Includes blemish removal, wrinkle reduction, and teeth whitening.

Hair and Makeup Assistance - $550/$900 (Half/Full Day)
We provide an on-site hair and makeup station so attendees can get quick touch-ups before their headshot. This adds fantastic value and ensures everyone looks their best.

Enhanced Retouching - $18/image
Each headshot is hand-retouched and includes corrections beyond basic retouching, such as stray hair removal, glare on eyeglasses, and background replacement.

Social Media Content - $1000/$1800 (Half/Full Day)
A dedicated team member will create social media-friendly content for your marketing team, including vertical videos, cinematic BTS footage, and stills.

For events with VIPs, we offer a custom calendar so designated guests can get a great headshot efficiently without waiting in line.

How many people can you provide a headshot for at an event?
Each headshot station can average about 30-40 people per hour. This can sometimes be faster or slower depending on a few factors. If the headshot booth is in a common, highly-visible area, it tends to get more traffic. In most cases, the headshot station is just about the busiest thing going at any conference. Providing complementary headshots at a conference adds incredible value and always creates a buzz, plan on it being a popular attraction. In a full day, with ideal circumstances, a single station can serve between 300 and 350 people.

Do the photos from events need retouching?
The need for retouching depends on how the images will be used. For headshot stations designed to add value to an event, we generally don’t recommend it. Our expert lighting, posing techniques, and optional professional hair and makeup ensure that images look great straight out of the camera. However, if the photos will be used beyond LinkedIn or Teams, retouching would be beneficial to ensure everyone looks their absolute best. Retouching can be included in your package upfront or offered as an optional upgrade for participants to purchase individually—making it one of our most popular add-ons for refining and enhancing final images.

How are the images delivered?
You have flexible options for image delivery. To ensure easy identification, we rename each file with the participant’s name—for example, 1234.jpg becomes Smith_Jane.jpg. This simplifies distributing the right images to the right people. Once organized, the files are sorted into individual galleries for each participant and can be delivered either separately or as a single gallery, depending on your preference. All images are conveniently delivered via email.

Do attendees just line up for headshots or can they make an appointment?
We offer both options! Our headshot station can run on a first-come, first-served basis or allow for advanced scheduling. We recommend a combination of both—ensuring your team members can update their headshots without waiting in line while still giving other attendees the opportunity to participate. We’ll work with you to create the perfect balance for a seamless and enjoyable experience.
