Our event photography services are designed to fit your schedule and budget with simple, all-inclusive pricing. Each service—Headshot Booths, Event Coverage, and Step & Repeat Photography—is available at an hourly rate, with discounted half-day and full-day packages that help you maximize your investment. Pricing varies based on location, photography type, and total coverage time.

How many participants can receive a headshot at our event?
Each headshot station serves about 30–40 people per hour, averaging 300+ in a full day. Positioned in a visible area, it quickly becomes one of the most popular attractions at any event.
Do the photos from events need retouching?
The need for retouching depends on how the images will be used. For headshot stations designed to add value to an event, we generally don’t recommend it. Our expert lighting and posing techniques ensure that images look great straight out of the camera. However, if the photos will be used beyond LinkedIn or Teams, retouching would be beneficial to ensure everyone looks their absolute best. Retouching can be included in your package upfront or offered as an optional upgrade for participants to purchase individually.
How are the images delivered?
Each attendee receives their headshot instantly in a private proof gallery, conveniently delivered to their inbox. Additionally, each file is automatically renamed with the participant’s name for seamless organization (for example, 1234.jpg becomes Smith_Jane.jpg). Event organizers will receive a link to all the images by request.
Do attendees just line up for headshots or can they make an appointment?
We offer both options! Our headshot station can run on a first-come, first-served basis or allow for advanced scheduling. We recommend a combination of both to ensure your team members can update their headshots without waiting in line while still giving other attendees the opportunity to participate. We’ll work with you to create the perfect balance for a seamless and enjoyable experience.
What do you need from us to set up a headshot station?
We make setup simple. All we need is a 10x10 space with access to power, wifi, and reasonable traffic flow. Our team provides professional lighting, backdrop, and all equipment needed. We handle setup, management, and breakdown so you can focus on your event while we handle the details.
