STEP THREE: Policies, Liability, & Release Terms

I understand and agree to the following:

1. Payment and Cancellation: Your session fee is due at the time of the booking. Session fees cover our time and talent creating the portraits. All products, including digital files, are sold separately. A minimum product order of $395 is required for senior/individual family sessions. A minimum purchase of $500 is required for Extended Family Sessions. Session Fee's are non-refundable, however with a minimum 48 hours of notice, it can be fully transferrable towards a rescheduled session.
2. Liability Release: You agree to hold harmless, Monica Burby, her representatives, employees of Photoumbra Studios, from any dispute in the event you become injured during your session on location or while on the studio premises. Photoumbra Studios and its representatives, will not be held liable for any injury incurred by you or your family, or any damage to your property during the photo session.
3. Media Usage: I hereby give permission to Photoumbra Studios to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.
4. Image/Product Selection: A few days after your session, you'll have the opportunity to view your portraits in our studio's Premier Room. This appointment is included with your session fee. Please make sure that all decision makers are present as you will be placing your final order at this time.
5. Image Archiving: All ordered images are kept on file for a guaranteed period of one year. Unordered images may be removed from our archives after 90 days.
6. Copyright & Reproductions: The Photographer shall own the copyright of all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. Clients will recieve a reprint release with their purchase of the digital files.
